TLM Associates, Inc. was selected by the City of Jackson to develop plans for a City Hall to be located in the heart of Downtown Jackson. This 96,739 square foot facility contains all of the city government offices as well as an underground parking garage for all employees, due to limited parking in the downtown area.
Located within City Hall is the Mayor’s office, City Engineering and Planning Departments, Purchasing, Revenue, Risk Management, Personnel, Public Services, Technical Services, Finance and Administration, as well as several other committees developed by the City of Jackson. The building features a unique concave entrance that leads you into a grand lobby with skylights and an open staircase. The city seal greats on the floor as you enter the space. Jackson City Hall has not only served its purpose of consolidating city government affairs, but also has become an icon for Downtown and the City of Jackson.
